INCOSE Fellow George Friedman

George Friedman, adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Southern California. PhD from UCLA in 1967. Primary research interests include the unification of systems engineering processes and the management of complexity, especially as it involves cognitive science. Also research director of the Space Studies Institute in Princeton. Fellow of INCOSE, IEEE and IAE; associate fellow of AIAA. Past president of INCOSE, vice president of publications, IEEE (AESS) and executive vice president of SSI. Retired as corporate vice president of engineering and technology of Northrop in 1993.
